At Taste of Africa we pride ourselves on our outstanding service. We hope that the following will help answer most of your questions.
 

Payments Methods Accepted:
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

At this time, Taste of Africa Restaurant accepts cash and most major credit cards for orders placed. All prices are in United States currency (USD). We may also charge a nominal convenience fee for all credit card orders to offset our bank fee.

Gift Certificate Rules:
Taste of Africa Restaurant Gift Certificates may be applied to orders placed online and by telephone. When redeeming Gift Certificates, please have the Gift Certificate Number (shown on the front of the Gift Certificate) available for verification.
You must present the Gift Certificate when you pickup your order.

When redeeming a Gift Certificate online or by telephone, enter your credit card as usual and in the comment section of your order, enter the Gift Certificate Number during the checkout process and we'll deduct the amount from your order when we process it. Customers may pay the order's outstanding balance with cash or credit card.

The dollar value of the Gift Certificate must be applied to the purchase of Taste of Africa Restaurant products only and must be redeemed on one order. The customer will be responsible for applicable sales tax and shipping charges at the time the Gift Certificate is redeemed.

Taste of Africa Restaurant is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or duplicated. Questions regarding Gift Certificate Redemption policies may be directed to Taste of Africa Restaurant at (262) 268-1007.

Restaurant.Com Gift Cards and Certificates:
We now accept Taste of Africa Restaurant Gift Certificates from Restaurant.Com subject to these terms and conditions.
 

Cash Coupons:
If you are using our cash coupons, you have to let us know at the time of your order. In order to get a discount, you must present the cash coupons when you pickup your order.

Delivery:
Orders are for dine in and pick up only, delivery is not offered at this time. Don’t forget additional sides and beverages. Please allow a minimum of 30 minutes for all pickup orders. Thank you, we appreciate your business.

Return Policy: All Sales Are Final!
Taste of Africa Restaurant will only accept the return and exchange of any items if we make a mistake on your order.

 

Important shipping notes:
Occasionally, an item or two may be damaged during shipment. Please DO NOT refuse delivery of shipments with damaged item(s). It is generally far more cost effective for us to replace the damaged item(s).
